One would be challenged to find a better street than Brock to live on, in this, sought after Bloordale neighbourhood. Sure the village runs along the subway, has many microbreweries nearby, Farmer's market, many great restaurants, cafes, bars and just recently a great new artisanal bakery by the folks from cafe neon, green spaces galore, Dufferin Grove & Dovercourt Park, a new 93K sq ft community centre being built at the Wallace Emerson Centre, but these are not what's best about this street. The best thing about living on this street is the community. In the owner's own words, "Rocking community, many have worked diligently to create a very robust sense of community over the last decade. Potlucks, movie nights, garbage clean-ups, Xmas cookie exchange, Cosmos Nature Lane Initiative. Kids' skateboard, bike & play on the road like it's still the 70's" 716 Brock exudes warmth. Neatly tucked behind the shady front garden, the bright and airy main floor immediately draws you in.
